Job Description:
As part of our waiting staff team, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team and other colleagues to ensure that our high standards for service and quality are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving guests with a smile and professional attitude
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Advising guests on the menu and wine
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant area
- Handling payments and preparing bills
- Attending team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience in waiting staff is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide professional training
- Knowledge of gastronomy and wine is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Service-oriented with a focus on the guest experience
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
- Good language skills in Danish, English, and German are an advantage
